One of the unique features of system is the ability to capture signatures electronically at the till and when delivering goods. This signature is stored and printed on all documentation in the future. So if a customer asks for a copy of a signed document simply click on the sale in the software and email a copy with the signature immediately.

Agility Loyalty Program is a structured marketing effort that rewards and therefore encourages, a loyal buying behaviour which is potentially of benefit to the firm. A retail establishment using this loyalty card system may issue a loyalty card to a customer who can then use it as a form of identification while dealing with the retailer. By presenting the card the customers gain points on their card. The customers can then redeem these points in their future purchases to a discount based on the point value.

The Agility Loyalty system can also be used to set up discount cards (Staff discount). The difference between a loyalty card and a discount card will be that in discount card the points will be redeemed in the same sale as they are awarded.

• Accessing your data via a wireless network you can do the following:
• Price Check: Scan items , check prices, change price, print new label (multiple sizes supported) immediately on a mobile printer.
• Location Change: Move stock to a different location and use Agility Assistant to record the change immediately.
• Purchase Orders: Create new purchase orders for re-stocking by scanning barcode and entering quantity to purchase. Agility Assistant will give a suggested quantity based on seasonal sales, availability, current orders etc. Agility Assistant will create as many Purchase Orders as required.
• Goods In: Receive goods in by scanning barcodes. Print new labels if required.
• Stock Take: Count stock in full and cyclic stock takes.
