How can Agility be used on the road?

Agility has a number of mobile applications that can be used on the road by sales staff

• Agility Vend is used by companies servicing vending machines. The operator uses the system to record sales from the vending machine and cash taken as well as to restock. There is also a stock take option. This data is processed by the back office to produce VAT invoices and commission payments where appropriate
• Agility Delivery is uploaded with delivery information from Agility Professional. Once the customer has signed the unit a Delivery Note or in the case of ’Cash On Delivery’ a VAT invoice  can be printed from a mobile Printer.
• Agility Van Sales: This option allows sales to be made from a van to cash and account customers with printing of full VAT invoices on a mobile printer. Credit account discounts are automatically applied. All sales are uploaded back to the main system at the end of the day.
